What we hold, why we hold it, and how to make us delete it. Last updated 2026-08-22.
This website does not collect anything. There is no contact form, no tracking, no advertising cookies. Everything happens on WhatsApp, where you can see exactly what you have sent us.
Who we are
MulticomKasa is a division of Multicom IT Solutions Limited, registered in Ghana at 817/6 North East Teshie–Century Road, Accra, Ghana. We build and maintain websites for businesses in Ghana. Under the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) the data controller is Multicom IT Solutions Limited — it decides what information is kept and why, and it is the entity you deal with if you want something changed or removed.
What we hold about you
If you are a customer or have spoken to us about becoming one:
- Your business name, category and address
- Your phone number, and your WhatsApp messages with us
- Photos, documents and voice notes you send us for your website or social media
- What you bought and when you paid
If we contacted you before you were a customer, we held your business name, phone number and address, taken from your public Google Business listing.
Why we hold it
- To build and run your website. We cannot put your prices on a page without your prices.
- To contact you about your site, your renewal, or something you asked us.
- To take payment. Handled by Paystack — we never see or store your card or mobile money details.
- To reach businesses that may want a website. We call first and ask permission before sending anything on WhatsApp.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the work:
- Cloudflare — hosts your website and your domain name
- Paystack — takes your payment
- Meta (WhatsApp) — carries our messages
- Google — where your business listing lives
We do not sell your information to anybody. Under Act 843 selling personal data is prohibited, and we would not do it in any case.
How long we keep it
- Customers: while you are with us, and for six years afterwards for tax and accounting records.
- People who said no: we keep only your phone number and the fact that you declined, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
- Photos and files you send: until the work is done, then we delete them unless you ask us to keep them for your site.
Your rights
Act 843 gives you the right to:
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy
- Have anything wrong corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Tell us to stop contacting you, at any time, for any reason
- Complain to the Data Protection Commission if you are not satisfied with how we respond

Keeping it safe
Your website and its data sit on Cloudflare with encryption in transit. Access is limited to the people doing the work. If anything ever goes wrong with your information, we will tell you and the Commission.
Complaints
If we have not put something right, you can contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana directly at dataprotection.org.gh. You do not have to go through us first.
This notice is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp and we will explain it properly.
